The process began with a complete gutting of the outdated bathroom, where we removed old fixtures, drywall, and flooring. After clearing the space, we installed new drywall, carefully taped and textured it to match the existing finishes, and prepared the bathroom for a fresh start. This gave the room a clean, blank canvas for the new design elements.

Shower Upgrade

A major focal point of the remodel was the luxurious new shower. We incorporated HYDRO-BLOK waterproofing to ensure maximum durability and moisture protection. The walls are elegantly covered in Alto Bianco 12×24 polished tiles, creating a sleek, modern look. A Sentrel shower pan was installed for added strength and functionality, while upgraded shower fixtures, including a mixer and diverter valve, were added for ease of use and a spa-like experience.

Vanity and Storage

To maximize both storage and style, we installed semi-custom Diamond Bryant Navy Shaker cabinetry. This beautiful cabinetry was paired with a stunning Carrara marble vanity top and backsplash, adding a touch of elegance. We also added a matching built-in linen cabinet for additional storage, keeping the bathroom organized while maintaining a cohesive and polished design.

Flooring and Baseboards

For a durable, yet stylish flooring solution, we selected Himalayan Quartz Matte 15×30 tiles, which offer both beauty and strength. We completed the look with custom tile baseboards finished in Cobblestone and Sea Salt grout, creating a seamless, sophisticated design that ties everything together.

Enhanced Electrical and Lighting

We upgraded the electrical system to meet modern standards, including the installation of recessed LED lighting throughout the space. A proximity sensor switch was added for added convenience, and we installed a dedicated electrical line to support new features such as towel warmers and mirror lighting, ensuring that the bathroom is both functional and energy-efficient.

Additional Features

To improve ventilation, we installed a Title-24 compliant exhaust fan, helping to maintain air quality and prevent moisture buildup. We also built a custom ponyw wall for added privacy, topped with matching quartz to complement the other design elements. All plumbing fixtures were replaced, including a new toilet, faucets, and sink, to ensure both modern style and energy efficiency.

Finishing Touches

The final touches brought the entire remodel together, including decorative tile trim and a 1/3 offset horizontal tile pattern. The homeowner selected elegant bathroom accessories, which were carefully installed to complete the look.
